Electric Wire Rope Hoist
Electric Wire Rope Hoist Manufacturer in Maharashtra
Wire rope hoists are mechanical devices used for lifting and moving heavy loads in various industries and applications. They consist of a motorized mechanism that employs a wire rope or cable, typically made of steel, to lift and lower objects. These hoists are popular due to their strength, durability, and ability to handle heavy loads efficiently.

Special Features:
Double Girder Configuration: Unlike a single girder EOT crane that has one bridge girder, the double girder EOT crane has two girders running in parallel. This design provides better stability and higher load capacity compared to single girder cranes
- Motor: The motor provides the power needed to lift and lower the load. It can be an electric motor, hydraulic motor, or pneumatic motor, depending on the type of hoist.
- Wire Rope: The wire rope is a critical part of the hoist. It is a bundle of metal wires twisted together to form a strong cable capable of withstanding heavy loads. The wire rope is wound around a drum connected to the motor and is responsible for lifting and lowering the load.
- Drum: The drum is a cylindrical component around which the wire rope is wound and stored. As the motor rotates the drum, the wire rope either unwinds or winds up, causing the load to move up or down.
- Gear Box: The gearbox is responsible for controlling the speed and torque of the motor, allowing for precise lifting and lowering operations.
